General Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions for the Seville Pole Camp in April 2025

1. Registration and payment: Registration for the Seville Pole Camp is binding. Participants agree to pay the agreed fees in accordance with the specified payment terms. The registration is legally valid and binding even without the participant's signature. By registering, the participant confirms that he/she has read and accepted the general terms and conditions. The number of participants is limited.

2. Service and costs: The price is per person and is shown in CHF. The services and costs vary from Camp A and B. 

No reduction or refund is possible if you join later or leave early. 

3. Disclaimer: Participants take part in the Seville Pole Camp at their own risk. The organisers, staff and supervisors accept no liability for any injury, damage, loss or theft of personal property that may occur during the camp.

4. Health and safety: Participants declare that they are in good health and have no health problems or restrictions that could jeopardise their participation in the camp. The organisers reserve the right to exclude participants from activities if they endanger the safety of others.

5. Insurance: The organisers strongly recommend that participants have suitable liability and accident insurance. The organisers accept no responsibility for medical costs or damages.

6. Emergencies and medical care: In the event of a medical emergency, the organisers are entitled to organise medical care for the participants. Participants agree to bear the costs of medical care.

7. Cancellation or modification of the camp: The organisers reserve the right to cancel or modify the camp for unforeseen reasons. In this case, the fees will be refunded.

8. Rules of behaviour: Participants are obliged to follow the rules of conduct and instructions of the organisers and supervisors. Inappropriate behaviour can lead to immediate dismissal from the camp.

9. Copyright and intellectual property: All works created by the participants during the camp, whether written, photographic or otherwise, are subject to the copyright of the participants.

10. Consent to publication: Participants agree that pictures or recordings of them during the camp may be used for advertising and information purposes.

11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by Swiss law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Solothurn.
